Risk Disclosure Statement

Please read this carefully before using QUANT LEVELS' copy-trading service.

1. General Trading Risk

Trading in equity, derivatives, and other securities carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Prices can move against a position rapidly and without warning. You may lose part or all of the capital deployed through this platform. Past performance of any account - including a "master" account being copied - is not indicative of future results.

2. What This Platform Does (and Does Not Do)

QUANT LEVELS is a multi-broker trade-replication infrastructure - a technology platform designed to help traders manage and replicate orders across their own connected broker accounts. It automatically places an order in your linked ("slave") broker account whenever a corresponding order is detected on an account you or another user designates as a "master" account. QUANT LEVELS does not generate trading signals, does not recommend which instruments to buy or sell, and does not guarantee the profitability of any trade. QUANT LEVELS is explicitly positioned as technology/infrastructure, not as an investment advisory service: it is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and nothing on this platform - including its features, support chat, or marketing materials - constitutes investment advice, a trading signal, or a recommendation.

3. Technology and Execution Risk

Trade replication depends on network connectivity, broker API availability, and third-party infrastructure outside QUANT LEVELS' control. This can result in delays, partial fills, missed orders, duplicate orders, or execution at a different price than the master account (slippage) - especially during high volatility or broker/exchange outages. You accept these risks as inherent to any automated/algorithmic order-placement system.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: (a) the funds and margin available in your own broker accounts; (b) keeping your broker login credentials, API keys, and TOTP secrets confidential; (c) complying with your broker's own terms of service, including any static-IP registration or algo-order requirements mandated by SEBI/exchange rules; and (d) monitoring your own positions and orders. QUANT LEVELS is not liable for broker-side rejections, margin shortfalls, or account restrictions imposed by your broker or the exchange.

5. Multi-Broker / Cross-Broker Copying

When a master account on one broker is copied to a slave account on a different broker, QUANT LEVELS translates the instrument identifier between brokers using shared exchange data. While this is verified for common instruments, differences in symbol availability, lot size, or order-type restrictions between brokers may occasionally prevent an order from being replicated exactly.

6. No Guarantee

QUANT LEVELS makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uptime, execution speed, or the accuracy of trade replication. By using this platform, you acknowledge that automated copy-trading is a high-risk activity and that you are using it at your own discretion and risk.

7. Acknowledgement

By creating an account and/or linking a broker account for copy-trading on QUANT LEVELS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure Statement in full.
