Refund / Cancellation Policy

How subscription payments, wallet balance, and cancellations work on QUANT LEVELS.

1. How Billing Works

QUANT LEVELS uses a prepaid wallet model. You add funds to your wallet, and each connected broker account is billed per 30-day period at the rate shown on the Pricing section. New users may be eligible for a free trial period on a limited number of accounts, as displayed at signup - no payment is required during an active free trial.

2. Cancelling an Account

You may disconnect or deactivate a broker account from the dashboard at any time. Deactivating an account stops QUANT LEVELS from placing further orders on it and stops future billing for that account from the next 30-day cycle. Deactivation does not automatically refund the unused portion of a period already paid for - see Section 3.

3. Refunds for Unused Subscription Time

Subscription payments are for access to the platform for the 30-day period they cover and are non-refundable for the unused remainder of a period once that period has started, except where required by applicable law. If you deactivate an account partway through a paid period, the remaining wallet balance stays in your wallet and can be used toward any future account or renewal.

4. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error - a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount credited, or a payment that never reflected in your wallet - contact us via the Contact Us page with your payment reference (UTR) and account details. Verified billing errors are corrected by crediting your wallet or, where appropriate, refunding the payment to its original source.

5. Fraudulent or Disputed Payments

QUANT LEVELS reserves the right to reverse a wallet credit and/or restrict an account where a payment claim is found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise invalid, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

6. No Refund for Trading Outcomes

Subscription fees are for access to the QUANT LEVELS technology platform only. They are not linked to, and are never refunded on the basis of, trading profit or loss on your broker accounts - see our Risk Disclosure Statement.
